Unfortunately Roses & Forever does not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order,  please make sure to contact us two days before the delivery. We cannot guarantee the longevity in a hospitality environment.  Please contact us at sales@rosesandforever.com, along with a photo of the damage, within 48 hours of receiving your order. with any question, comments, and concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to help.
